Administrative Assistant

This role is for a full-time Administrative Assistant at 3 Dog Farm, LC located in Martinsburg, WV. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative tasks related to the daily operations of the business. This position includes tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, managing schedules, processing invoices and orders, preparing documents, and communicating with customers and vendors in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, possess strong organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and effectively multitask.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in office administration or a related field is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
