JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Answer phones and greet visitors - field questions and customer based issues
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Collate and distribute mail
- Prepare communications such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Manage invoices and perform bookkeeping
- Must be an independent worker with little supervision
