Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Dawn Wellness is excited to add a new crew member to help a multi-provider practice that offers Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy and other complimentary wellness healthcare services.. We are preparing to open a beautiful new location at 921 Emerson Ave to better serve our patients and will be in need of additional staff.

We are a fun, caring, fast paced office with the goal of helping each other provide an environment for our patients that is unmatched in the MOV.

This job requires a specific skill set including the following:

*Excellent communication skills, friendly and kind.

*We need an energetic person with the ability to work in a fast paced environment by mentally multitasking and physically ablee to efficiently move around the office.

*Office skills needed including multiline phone, schedulling, organization, basic computer, money collection and basic math skills are important.

*Medical knowledge including reception, terminology, EHR and medical assisting a plus.

* Medical billing including authorizations and verifications are a very valuable asset.

*20 up to 40 hours available

Pay starting according to experience and the value you bring to the office crew and patients. This is negotiable with opportunities to grow.
