Description: TEKsystems is seeking 12 highly motivated resources to assist with the moving and setting up of a new facility in Columbia, MO. This project is looking for entry to mid-level Desktop Support Technicians. This role will be onsite, Monday-Friday 8-5pm. It is a long-term engagement, targeting around 18 months. Requirements: • 1 - 3 years of experience supporting and troubleshooting issues with workstations/devices/printers, systems and applications, Virtual Private Network (VPN) networking applications, and wireless WAN and LAN connectivity. • 1-3 years of related IT Support/Desktop Support/Helpdesk experience • Experience working with a Ticket Management System such as ServiceNow, Client Service Manager, Remedy, etc. • Microsoft Office 365, Windows 7 and/or Windows 10 experience Candidates will be installing hardware, PC moves, patches, networking equipment, imaging PC’s, device refresh, set up devices and tear down devices. Boxing up equipment and moving equipment Install TV mount, arm mounts etc. Will require use of tools such as power drills (all tools provided). Will be moving equipment from one building to another.
