Responsibilities:
- Must be available to work in person, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails daily.
- Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail daily.
- Prepare letters and other written correspondence.
- Use multiple software programs for claims and litigation handling and reporting.
- Critically read notices and correspondence and communicate with attorneys and paralegals.
- Process invoices and checks relative to cases or legal department matters.
Experience
- Minimum of five years office experience is preferred.
- Must be organized and have excellent follow through skills.
- Must be proficient to advanced in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must be able to learn industry specific software and use it independently.
- Must have strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
