Your Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers to the dealership and directing to the proper employee
- Answer phone calls and forwarding to the proper department
- Prepare forms, letters and documents for the dealership
- Maintains necessary files
- Scanning paperwork for processed car deals
- Providing clerical support to the office and other employees
Qualifications:
- Ability to learn dealership computer programs and software
- Must be organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
