Job Description
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Organize various events for DVM
- Order Office Supplies
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Take meeting minutes (when needed)
- Data entry and uploading
- Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Coordinate project manager's schedule
- Prepare and print marketing material
- Stocking Inventory
- Receiving mail and packages from couriers
- Keeping front office and conference rooms clean and organized
- Provide general support to the office team and coordinate additional duty assignments and special projects as needed
- Coordinating with the building for any maintenance requests
- Additional duties as needed
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, excel, word & outlook
- Receptionist experience is a plus
- Impeccable attendance and punctuality
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Spanish speaker is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
