Administrative Assistant

Job Description

• Answer phones and greet visitors
• Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
• Organize various events for DVM
• Order Office Supplies
• Schedule and coordinate meetings
• Take meeting minutes (when needed)
• Data entry and uploading
• Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
• Coordinate project manager's schedule
• Prepare and print marketing material
• Stocking Inventory
• Receiving mail and packages from couriers
• Keeping front office and conference rooms clean and organized
• Provide general support to the office team and coordinate additional duty assignments and special projects as needed
• Coordinating with the building for any maintenance requests
• Additional duties as needed
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, excel, word & outlook
• Receptionist experience is a plus
• Impeccable attendance and punctuality
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Spanish speaker is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
