Qualifications
- must be a pet lover
- must have knowledge of how to handle & care for pets
- must be able to ensure that store operations adhere to company guidelines so the store is safe & clean at all times
- strong customer service skills
- 2 years of managerial skills
- ability to multitask and work well under pressure (and noise)
Duties
- maintains all scheduling for daycare, grooming & overnight stay
- answer calls to make appointments
- input all data into our server
- managing employees
- keeping the store organized & clean
- tracking inventory
- calling Veterinary clinics for vaccination information
- calling / emailing clients to remind them about appointments
- helping pet owners with their pets
- performing any work directed by management not listed, which would be necessary for the benefit of the business and care of all animals & staff in the facility
- reporting animal abnormalities to management
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 44 per week
