Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following:

• Answer phone calls from customers and assist them with booking appointments, reviewing their estimates, taking payments, advising pricing of services, etc.
• Assist field crew w/ paperwork and anything they need to get job completed
• Type up estimates brought in by field crew, email to customer along with photos that will be entered into a Publisher document
• Prepping job folders for field crew
• Scan in service reports to computer and save to specified folder
• Basic filing and office upkeep
• Etc.

We're looking for someone that is VERY computer savy, we use basic programs here that are not difficult to figure out if you can easily pickup quickly. You should be proficient in the entire Word Suite, Quickbooks is a bonus! Having a pleasant customer service disposition is important as you will be interacting with customers on the phone multiple times a day.

You need to be reliable and have transportation to/from work.

Hours are not set for this position as of yet, they will start as part-time and fill in hours and potentially move up to full-time. Office is open Monday - Friday 8-4pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
