This Administrative Assistant III - Field Ops role supports the HomeGoods | Homesense Store Organization. This role reports into the VP Regional Manager.

  • Provides advanced administrative support requiring a broad and comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures and practices
  • Is a thought partner for the Regional team and helps support strategic initiatives
  • Enjoys being involved in various projects, planning meetings and events
  • Keeps calendars current & plans travel arrangements, etc.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Involves appropriate associates from other departments or divisions to resolve issues
  • Interfaces with a variety of internal and external customers
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, etc.
  • Partners with other administrative staff – at the Regional and Home Office level
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related activities as needed.
  • Interacts with the Store Field Organization and the Home Office Store Operations Department.


Who We Are Looking For:
You.

  • Associate's degree in secretarial or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years related Administration experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience required, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with proven organizational and administrative success
  • Exercises independent judgement, when performing tasks
  • Possess multi-tasking skills and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a very fast paced environment
