We are a small internet-based software company looking for a responsible, self motivated, detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support customer email inquiries remotely in this hybrid job. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using apps like MS Word, Excel, Quickbooks and Salesforce. Training will be provided primarily via video conference call.
Responsibilities
- Email customers daily with requested software quotes/order processing and invoices
- Maintain Salesforce database
- Update and maintain various Excel spreadsheets
- Provide general administrative support
- Complete customer forms
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
