EVS Housekeeping

Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various environments. If you have experience in commercial cleaning, floor care, and knowledge of OSHA regulations you could be a great fit for the position.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways and lobbies
- Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and disinfectants
- Adhere to safety guidelines and OSHA regulations
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies

Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of proper floor care techniques (sweeping, mopping, buffing)
- Familiarity with environmental services practices in a hospital or healthcare setting is a plus

- Ability to work with others in our Teamwork environment support is what makes us work the best
- Understanding of OSHA regulations related to housekeeping and sanitation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
