Medway Public Schools is seeking to fill the following position:
Admin. Assistant TO THE Director of Facilities
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: 20 hours per week
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of a High school diploma
- Three years experience in office functions
- Demonstrated competence in the use of business technology
- Such alternatives TO THE above qualifications as the superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administers the automated building maintenance and usage system, including preventative maintenance and repairs management, data and report processing, and scheduling OF FACILITIES usage by the community and non-Medway groups.
- Oversees the facility usage calendar system, including processing requests by school personnel and outside organizations, and informing building administrators and operations department personnel as necessary.
- Coordinates in-house and outside organizations of facility use.
- Coordinates custodial, technical operations, and cafeteria personnel with facility users.
- Generates invoices for facility users and collects payments in accordance with the School Committee’s Facility Use Policy.
- Accumulates overtime charges for distribution to appropriate sources.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Finance, Director of Finance & Operations, and/or Superintendent.
