Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to all areas of the Board of Directors Department. The position works with the BOD team on various tasks and projects and performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Open and process mail for thank you notes.
- Assist in filing and organizing documents.
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information.
- Print, sort and mail thank you notes and letters.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- People oriented with an attitude to serve others.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to deal courteously and effectively with a diverse group of callers, visitors and team members.
- Detail oriented with a high rate of accuracy.
- Able to coordinate and prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Able to efficiently manage time and resources to plan and accomplish goals.
- Ability to type 45wpm preferred.

- Born again believer and must adhere to the doctrines of this organization as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives.
- Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romas 16:17, must not cause dissension, difficulties and divisions.
- Must maintain a good attendance record.
EQUIPMENT TO BE USED:
General office equipment including computer, telephone, copier, printer and scanner.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to sit at a computer for an extended period of time.
- Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines.
