Job Title: Accounting/Administrative Assistant
Location: Lewisville, TX
Dress Code: Casual! Jeans are okay!
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
Duration: Direct hire! No temp period! Be a permanent employee from day one!
Job Duties:
Greet visitors, answer phones, and assist with requests from project managers, subcontractors, and the accounting department.
Print AP invoices, create related tickets, and assist with statements for missing invoices.
Handle a variety of admin tasks - ordering supplies, stocking kitchen, picking up and sorting mail, etc.
Must be a self-starter who is good at multitasking and organization.
Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to complete tasks and work in a variety of company-specific software to assist accounting with basic admin tasks.
Job Requirements:
2+ years of administrative support and/or accounting assistant experience
Must be familiar with invoices and basic functions
2+ years of Microsoft Office experience (including Excel)
Construction company experience is HIGHLY preferred
Good time management and communication skills (written & verbal)
