Pay: $20 - $25 an hour

Job purpose
Represents the first point of contact and responds or directs members and guests accordingly. Primary function is to answer phones, provide administrative assistance to the general manager and administer and maintain team member training and administration.
Duties and responsibilities
- Represents the Club as the first point of contact and responds or directs people accordingly.
- Onboard all new team Members into orientation and tidbits within first 2 days of work
- Support & Guide Team Members with benefits inqueries.
- Ensure all team members are up to date with Tidbits by scheduling time at a computer and assisting where needed.
- Update daily sales logs.
- Assist Membership with daily inquires, account setup, benefits, tours, as applicable.
- Assist all departments with marketing requests, ensure all requests are filled out correctly, double check all current marketing for correct information, provide photos to marketing for social media for all departments.
- Create and manage a team member birthday calendar. Ensure 48-hour notice to GM and dept head.
- Create and manage team member anniversary calendar for GM and Dept heads, calendar invites for annual reviews.
- Assist F&B dept with event reservation and follow up, confirmation calls, and emails to maximize event utilization.
- Monitor all state licensing requirements - liquor license, food license, all required training certifications of team members.
- Assists dept heads with monitoring of correct clock in/ clock outs, rate of pay for shift/ area worked.
- Pick up mail, deliver to appropriate department head & scan to strongroom as needed.
- Assist with creation of training materials and operational manuals.
- Purchase and maintain office supplies within budget as approved by the General Manager
- Update training materials, ensure all team members have signed off on training and all docs scanned correctly to HR.
- Manage petty cash banks, daily bank deposits and change banks.
- Acquire proficiency in all areas of operational administration.
- Assist with inventory logs and updating sheets with dept heads.
- Daily walks of building to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Assist GM with bids for repairs and project work at Clubhouse.
- Assist dept heads with reference checks and scheduling of candidate interviews as needed.
- Asst GM with weekly needs, calendar updates, scheduling meetings etc.
- Organize and present to GM monthly community newsletter information.
- Protect the assets of the Club.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Club’s policies and essential playing information and communicate to members, golfers, and other guests.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Two years of administrative support and office experience; or, any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved
