Administrative Assistant- Quality Department Long term possible temp to hire 22 to 24 per hour Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Our client is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant . The primary responsibility is the administration of Quality Notifications (QN’s) and communication to related parties to support meeting customer needs. Required Skills Proficient with MS Office products Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe PDF Maker High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to learn and positive attitude. Strong verbal communication skill to collaborate with coworkers, engineering, and management. Effective written communication skills necessary to complete various quality documents, make edits/corrections and communicate via email. Responsibilities Include Investigate customer complaints and follow process to ensure proper notification internally and follow up to the customer. Collaboration with team members to ensure prompt completion of tasks as assigned within Quality Notifications. Maintain versions, and filing of Quality documentation, records, and inspection plans Adhere to quality control procedures and policies to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Create reports to track quality performance metrics Supporting the implementation of quality improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams Education / Experience Requirements: 1 -2 year’s relevant experience Some college work helpful, but not required. General computer literacy is essential. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Quality mindset. Execution oriented and ability to work independently.
