Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Project Management with complex cross-functional integration projects. Preference is for global HR PMO/Operations or MA experience.
Preferred : Project Management PMP certification or similar PMO integration cross-functional acquisition HRIS preference for Workday
Team player and collaborator with strong interpersonal skills
Focused organized results-driven and sensitive to deadlines
Scope of Project/Job Description
Together we manage a high volume workload tight deadlines and rapidly changing priorities
Provide Project Management for the MA IMO HR workstream for the integration of a specific project
Work closely with the internal HR MA team HR COEs and functional groups to ensure we meet the successful delivery of integration into HR programs
Facilitate project team meetings ensuring team understanding of current and upcoming tasks timelines and owners
Identify any risks or issues within the project and ensure they are communicated to the leads tracked and/or mitigated where possible while keeping the project on track
Participate in HR IMO activities and work closely with the team to look for opportunities to improve the efficiency of the process
