Administrative Assistant / Payment Processing (On-Site)

Simon’s Agency, Inc.is accepting applications for a full-time Administrative Assistant/Payment Processor (ON-SITE) to support our Client Services & Finance Departments including Payment Processing. Interested candidates should have an in-depth working knowledge of Excel, proficient in Word, strong communication skills, and exceptional organization skills. Ideal individuals are quality driven with the ability to handle a variety of work and the ability to prioritize daily work assignments.

This role is scheduled to work on-site 40 hours per week; Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am and 5:00 pm. No weekends. Come grow with us!!

In this role, your responsibilities will include tasks such as:

• Payment Processing
• Daily balancing of payments.
• Posting credit card payments.
• Reconciling at the end of every day.
• Performs routine and organization tasks.
• Responsible for general correspondence, such as letters and remittance.
• Office support includes mail pick up, opening and sorting mail, ordering supplies, etc.
• Overseeing facilities maintenance of building.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay based on experience – Range is $16 an hour to $19 an hour.
