```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our two communities (110-units). The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of residential and commercial properties, maintaining positive resident relationships, and maximizing property occupancy.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage all aspects of community operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance work
- Market available units to attract prospective residents and conduct resident screenings
- Negotiate lease agreements and enforce lease terms
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and property performance
- Stay updated on local housing regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial reporting
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in property management or a related field
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of community maintenance practices and procedures
- Familiarity with leasing laws and regulations
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi, ResMan or similar platforms
- Experience working with Section 8 or LIHTC programs is a plus
- Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is preferred
