Work Location & Shifts: 1124 Bennett Clark Road Nacogdoches, TX/Day Shift
Pay: $14.52 - $16.08 per hour. Occasional (OT). Additional positions could pay even more for additional experience!

About our Endura Products Division
We are excited to welcome Endura to the Masonite family in 2023. The company is a leading innovator and manufacturer of high-performance door frames and door system components, operating out of four facilities in NC, TX and OR.
Overview
A stacker is responsible for properly stacking output of each machine with the correct configuration, quantity and banding for transportation to the next area. They must understand and carry out customers’ instructions regarding number of pieces to place in various bundles.
What you will do:
- Learn to recognize defects in quality of moulded products and possible causes.
- Understand terminology used in the work area.
- Distinguish between repairable products and those unusable.
- Repair usable defected products with wood putty and/or spackling..
- Understand the production requirements and quality objectives of the job and strive to achieve goals on a consistent basis.
- Work using safe work habits and follow safety procedures including lifting techniques, fire procedures and location of fire equipment, emergency evacuation, PPE, spills, hazards and injury reporting.
- Learn to properly stack material and use stacking sticks correctly.
- Maintain clean and safe work area.
- Must stack finished products in uniform bundles of specific quantities.
- Count pieces in stacks to determine when bundle is complete. Check for quality of product.
- Uses hand operated banding machine to band completed bundles.
What you will need:
- Preferably one year experience in manufacturing setting
- HS Diploma or GED preferred
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Use hand tools, and push carts in a safe and efficient manner.
- Able to accurately take measurements using a tape measure and calipers.
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
- Ability to read, follow, and understand work instructions from both written and verbal sources and basic writing skills.
- Excellent attendance record
