```Duties:```
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the maintenance department
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and vendors
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Bookkeeping tasks including QuickBooks data entry and invoice processing
- Assist with customer service inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
```Skills:```
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven administrative experience in an office setting
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is highly preferred
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of estimates, and invoices is preferred
- Previous experience working in a construction, property management or similar office is a plus
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
