Our company is looking for an individual with proven experience in administrative support. Candidates in this position will be responsible for coordinating our employees' schedules, acting as a liaison between staff and upper management, and updating the company's email database. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a general understanding of administrative policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the chief financial officer with day-to-day tasks and projects.
- Ensure that all invoices are processed and paid.
- Take minutes at meetings, transcribe them into the company's minutes book, and distribute to individuals as necessary.
- Research and maintain a list of local workers and vendors.
- Schedule meetings for the chief financial officer.
- Manage a filing system for company documents; manage the company's document scanning system; organize documents and process them for shredding.
- Attend additional meetings as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
