Compensation:
$85,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities:- Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
- Continue to build skills and knowledge in the Real Estate industry by attending educational events
- Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete
- Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness
- Compete with others in the Real Estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
- Great written and verbal skills
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Weekend and evening availability
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry or as an office manager
