Description:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience: 3 to 4 years
Familiarity with Word, PPT, Excel. Willingness to learn LaTex. Good organization and communication skills. Good work ethic to get jobs done on time and with high quality; Ability to multiplex needs of multiple researchers.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to help with monthly reports with material from thesubject matter experts performing on the projects; this alsoincludes close tracking of budget expenditures and providingtimely budget reports.
- Taking care of logistics associated with testing, when necessary. This will include ordering and shipping of supplies and experimental equipment, providing any other needed administrative support.
- Assemble the interim annual report and the final report; The reports will be assembled in Latex where material will be added each month of the project.
- Perform analysis tasks that are appropriate to the level of the assistant. Tasks that take time but are not highly technical are anticipated.
- The assistant will help other miscellaneous activities; this will likely include aiding the PI in the organization of data files, analysis programs, and results, taking care of security issues, and helping with IRB-related issues.
This position is Limited Term as a 1-year position.
