Park Services/Park Maintenance

Wild Animal Safari in Strafford, MO is looking for one Park Services/Park Maintenance person to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 124 Jungle Drive. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.

You will be working around large hoofed stock but not directly with them unless instructed by the Zoo Director.

Responsibilities

*Refilling Empty Hay Rings Throughout the Drive Through Safari for the Hoofed Stock *Sweeping the Road Clear of Debris *Groundskeeping including Mowing, Weed-Eating, Picking Up and Pulling Trash *Maintaining an overall cleanliness and appearance of the Park *Working Safely around Animals

Qualifications

*Tractor Experience *Clean Driving Record *Proficient with Large Farm Equipment

Hours/Scheduling

*Shifts include 7:-3:30, 8:30-5, 9:30-6 with an average of 30 hours/week. This is a seasonal position with a work end date in October. *Immediate positions available

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $16.00/hour.
