What You Will Be Doing:
Performs duties associated with draft processing and problem solving, recovery balancing, resolving issues related to claims processing and performing special projects as assigned by Supervisor. Coordinates all facets of claims draft processing and duties associated with claims recovery functions.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including above average interpersonal and investigative skills
- Superior mathematical skills for balancing procedures
- Ability to communicate with irate customers and resolve issues effectively
- Capability to work with multiple computer systems
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation
