Summary
We are looking for individuals that have a passion for customer service. Our firm has an outstanding reputation for handling legal immigration matters. We have offices in San Antonio, Austin, Houston, and San Angelo. We are looking for a person who can provide enthusiastic, professional, quality service to clients and potential clients. The position is a full time position and candidates must be available to M-F 8am to 5pm. We have a full benefits package including insurance, paid vacation and PTO. The management team invests in all of our employees and we provide lots of room for growth and personal development.

Duties/Requirements:
- Assist Clients and potential clients with any information they require in person, via phone or email
- Excellent bi-lingual communication and interpersonal skills
- Type 50 WPM and proficient in using Microsoft software and standard office equipment
- Answer central telephone system and directs calls accordingly
- Assist in setting up consultations and appointments on appropriate calendars for attorneys or legal assistants as appropriate
- Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits in person, via phone or on-line.
- Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies
- Timely mail correspondence to clients and to DMCA staff in appropriate office locations
- Draft legal applications for attorney review
- Flag urgent client issues to appropriate staff members
- Open new cases daily in Quick Books and case management software
- File and distribute confidential information
- File maintenance such as scanning, copying, and organizing documents
- Receive and distribute dropped off documents as needed
- Other responsibilities as assigned

- High school or equivalent;
Required experience:
- 6 months plus, of demonstrated customer service.
- 6 months plus of accounting experience a plus
