Familiar with Google Sheets and Gmail
Must have great interpersonal and Customer Service skills. Must be able to communicate accurately and professionally with customers, have good organizational skills. Must be timely and handle high volume calls. Attention to Detail is a must. Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus, but not required. Must have dependable way to commute.
