As an Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to communicate with clients, coworkers, and vendors through written and verbal means. Therefore, having excellent communication skills and impeccable grammar is essential. You must be able to compose written communications from dictation and type at least 50 WPM.
As a small company, we expect our employees to wear many hats. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask efficiently, possess exceptional attention to detail, and be highly organized. Working well under pressure, being dependable, punctual, and honest are also critical attributes we require.
We are looking for candidates who are proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro Desktop, experience with HR and payroll, social media, and basic IT knowledge are also advantageous.
