```Duties```
- Provide administrative support to the team, including but not limited to , scheduling appointments, managing inventory and providing customer support.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and faxing
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute to relevant parties
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to proofread documents for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors
