CornerStone Staffing has teamed up with a national medical supply company to seek out an Executive Administrative Assistant for their corporate office in Flower Mound, TX. Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Location: Flower Mound, TX

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Duration: Full-Time | Be a permanent employee from day one!

Pay Range: $22/hr.+ BOE

Job Duties:

• Manage 2 executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments

• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries

• Screen and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties

• Prepare reports, presentations, and email/mail correspondence as needed

• Maintain office filing systems, databases, and other general admin tasks

• Assist in organizing meetings and events

• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Required Skills:

• Discretion and strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• 2+ years of high-level administrative support experience

• Knowledge of DocuSign, Google Suite, and/or Microsoft Office

• Basic Microsoft Excel skills and Microsoft Outlook Calendar

• Calendar management and travel arrangement experience

Education:

• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in business administration highly preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required
