Responsibilities for Call Center Associate jobs include but are not limited to:
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening
- Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
- Appropriately communicate with customers
- 1 yr call center experience preferred
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Above all, friendly & empathetic
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- The starting pay rate for Call Service Worker jobs is $15.00/hr.
