Single Throw Marketing is looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant’s assignments will be varied in nature, providing support to the Client Success team as it relates to task management, project planning, resource assignments, client retention, and coordinating with services teams for clients in the digital and traditional marketing arena. Great opportunity for recent grads and anyone looking to get their foot in the door of a company with multiple paths for growth.
Position is part-time. 4-5 hours per day/ 3-5 days a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide assistance to the Client Success team on various client-driven and operational needs
- Utilize Single Throw’s project management software to assign, manage, and review tasks for clients of various sizes/scope
- Maintain up-to-date departmental documentation, processes, and manuals as needed
- Schedule meetings for the Client Success team, attending and documenting outcomes and action items when necessary
- Prepare communications such as emails, meeting agendas, and other correspondence
- Interact and communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, vendors and the executive team
- Inspect work in progress to ensure quality and conformity to specifications and schedule
SKILLS NEEDED
- Experience with Google Suite including Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, GMail and more
- Attention to detail with an emphasis on consistency and quality execution
- Strong internal customer service skills
- Integrity and personal accountability of work are a must
- Must have excellent written and verbal skills and strong communication skills
- Must be able to work at our headquarters in Wall, NJ - If it's truly the right fit, we are open to full-time remote but in-person work is preferred.
