Locally owned Tree Service company looking for Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties include providing support to our Sales Representatives and assisting in daily office needs. We are looking for someone with great communication skills to perform the following:
Job Duties include
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments for multiple sales representatives
- Maintain contact database through custom software
- Assist office personnel with admin duties as needed
- Assist with marketing/social media posts
Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or sales assistant
- Working knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word in particular)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Social Media/Marketing skills a PLUS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
