Responsibilities
- Field telephone calls
- Receive and tend to visitors
- Perform word processing, filing and faxing
- Support diverse projects for other employees- Foundational knowledge in Written Communication
- Calendar Management experience
- Proficiency in Superior Customer Service
- Proven knowledge of Office Administration
- Multiple Calendar experience required
- Correspondence and drafting experience highly desired
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
- Ability to use the internet for research
