Soliant is partnering with a school district to find a highly skilled and passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year. Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of young learners. Interviewing Now!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct prehensive behavioral assessments to identify needs, strengths, and goals of individuals.
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans based on functional behavior assessments.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- MUST hold a valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Master's degree or higher in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
