Administrative Assistantat LifeSpan Resources, Inc. Monday-Friday, full- time position. Function as receptionist for the agency, answer incoming phone calls, greet & direct people to appropriate person. Perform clerical and secretarial tasks for various departments. Assist with agency’s special events – registration, programs, mailings, etc. Process case management mail and filing. Assist in creating initial files. Develop & manage lobby monitor PowerPoint presentations. Train reception/clerical aide volunteers and oversee their clerical tasks. Track volunteer hours and post quarterly, order stationery, logo clothing, and sympathy items, and execute other assignments as requested.
Successful candidate: Reception/office experience, excellent customer service skills, good communication skills (both oral and written); problem solving, organization, computer literacy (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint), sensitivity in dealing with older persons, dependable, and punctual.
