Job Description – Administrative Assistant
We are a relaxed yet busy workplace with an emphasis on TEAM.
We are looking for a highly interpersonal Administrative Assistant to join our family.
The position will be remote but Atlanta, GA local is preferred.
Duties include:
· Providing excellent customer service
· Answer main office phone and direct calls to appropriate person
- Filing documents, receiving mail, maintaining electronic files, and managing company records
- Completing customer and compliance documents
- Ensure document compliance with applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
- Ordering sales and marketing paraphernalia
- Keeping company documents, licenses, certificates, and permits up to date.
- Providing administrative support to management, employees and, in some cases, clients
- Handling ad-hoc administrative duties
We are looking for:
- One (1) prior experience with customer service preferred.
- One (1) year of prior experience in completing customer and state and federal compliance documents.
- Basic knowledge of Construction Administration
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Interpersonal and active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize work
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, and proofreading skills
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or additional courses in typing, bookkeeping, data entry, and office procedures and practices or equivalent experience preferred
- Requires the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Working hours are from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday through Thursday and 8 A.M to 1 P.M. on Friday
