Appalachian Underwriters, Inc is looking for an experienced Administrative assistant to support our executive team. You will manage mostly business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, , and other organizational tasks. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of Microsoft Office, be extremely fast at solving problems, and have experience as an administration assistant in the past.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
Schedule would be from 8:30am-5:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm
- Preparing reports, and other documents.
- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Help schedule meetings.
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
- Making travel arrangements for employees.
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and backup support to the receptionist
- Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming emails and other correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support.
Salary:
Dependent upon experience and fit. Posted range is only an estimate.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
