Duties:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Payment Processing and cash handling
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivables
Bank Reconciliation
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and other computerized systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
Skills:
Office: Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
Project Coordination: Experience in coordinating projects or tasks to ensure timely completion.
Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer software programs for data entry, document creation, and email communication.
Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
Clerk: Experience in performing clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
Front Desk: Experience in managing front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing calls.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
