Thriving Geriatric Care Management Company is looking for an administrator assistant to help expand the office in New London, PA. We service clients primarily in Delaware. Part-time position with flexible hours -pay range between $20-$25 based on experience. Willing to train a computer-savvy applicant. Responsibilities:
- Complete Medicaid applications
- Banking and accounting for the court
- Selling houses, cars, and other tasks related to our client needs
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, filing, and faxing
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required(willing to train the right candidate)
- Proficient in using phone systems and office management software
- Proficient in using all office equipment(fax, etc)
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Google Office
- Excellent file management and data entry skills
- Great communication and organizational skills
