We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to serve the needs of funeral directors and families.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist funeral directors and families
- Answer and direct calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Accurate record keeping and data entry with necessary proof-reading skills
- Typing, filing, and scanning documents
- Schedule appointments and burials
- Perform all other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office setting or similar environment
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Office Hours are Monday-Friday 8 am till 12 noon, with rotating Saturday schedule of 8 am till 12 noon.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
