Seeking a versatile Administrative Assistant to work for our family business, responsibilities include
Working between multiple business including, Remodeling contractor, Rental Management, Banquet centers, and kitchen showroom.
This will include working on residential and commercial leasing
Showing properties
Coordinating with tenants and maintenance men for service requests
Creating inventory data bases . Sending hours into accounting and picking up payroll.
Answering phones, listening to messages, Returning phone calls. sorting mail, filing, and assisting in paying invoices. Must have pleasant disposition and be veritable and able to chane gears quickly and eficently.
This is a high demand position that will require a flexible schedule. Requires a motivated self starting person. Pay will be based on the level of current experience and how much training is needed to accomplish the job. This will be a full-time position.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
