South Shore Staffing has teamed up with a local property damage restoration company and we are looking for an Administrative Assistant with a great attitude and a strong work ethic.
Brief Description :
The Administrative Assistant role is primarily to act as administrative support for the Account Managers, Project Managers, Production and Operations employees. The successful candidate will be one who is able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, providing a high level of customer service and problem solving capabilities.
Responsibilities :
- Answering phones and distributing calls throughout the company.
- Organize and maintain projects including: contracts, work orders, billings, and correspondence.
- Organize, file and upload daily paperwork submitted by technicians. (Experience with PowerPoint helpful.)
- Assist in the accounts receivable process.
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
