THE COMPANY
National Anesthesia Services, Inc. is a privately owned, anesthesia only staffing agency located in Beverly Hills, MI (near 13 mile and Telegraph). Our company sets the standard for our industry. We pride ourselves on integrity, hard work and building relationships with both our clients (hospitals and anesthesia groups across the country) and our providers (anesthesiologists and CRNAs). THE REQUIREMENTS
· A love for being on the phone; recruiting and cold calls are required
· A proven ability to meet or exceed goals and quotas
· The ability to “think on your feet”
· Have a confident and self-motivated personality that is driven by success; you must be outgoing and engaging
· The ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is required
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
THE POSITION
· Work with established recruiting team to determine staffing needs and establish a call strategy
· Conduct candidate screenings via phone, negotiate wages and contracts
· Develop and maintain relationships with anesthesia providers
THE COMPENSATION
· Base salary ranging from $36,000-38,000.00 based on experience plus a monthly commission
· Health & vision insurance (employee only), life insurance
