Purpose
LaForce is looking for an Administrative Assistant to create operation and maintenance manuals by incorporating door hardware cut sheets, product warranties, schedules, and other information into the manual required for project closeout.
Major Responsibilities
- Pull and markup vendor cut sheets
- Create O&Ms by providing the applicable warranties, schedule, cut sheets and maintenance data
- Send out miscellaneous requests as required such as: Certifications, Parts Lists, etc.
- Search for new vendor catalogs on the website and break catalogs out into single PDFs.
- Miscellaneous projects when assigned in and outside of the Administrative Support Department
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree (A. A.) from two-year college or technical school preferred; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
