WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A RECRUITMENT MANAGER?
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business management, psychology, or related field OR equivalent experience
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- 5+ years of staffing recruitment experience
- MUST have Mass Merchandising Recruiting experience
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods, best practices, applicable policies, and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Proven experience in high-volume part-time & full-time positions on a nationwide scale
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software
