We are looking for Administrative Assistant to support our Dispatch, Maintenance and Operations Coordinators.
A successful candidate for this position must have strong multitasking and verbal communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to problem solve.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage general office operations
- Customer Conciege experience-Answering phones(multiple phone lines), typing, email
- Data entry, photocopying and light filing
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
Skills Required:

- Detail oriented
- Confidentiality and discretion
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office(word, excel and power point)
