Duties & Responsibilities:
- Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics, and secures information by completing data base backups.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information, and reviews reports and contracts for consistency and edits as needed.
- Plans, executes, and manages various offsite events and meetings throughout the year adhering to budget requirements.
- Supports administrative team by welcoming guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or directing inquiries.
- Assist with planning, orchestrating, and managing major moves. This includes but is not limited to working with utility companies, furniture order and delivery, as well as communicating appropriately and succinctly to all Home Office staff.
- Maintains strict customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- College degree or 2 years' experience in lieu of degree.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail with ability to deliver high quality, accurate work.
- Ability to plan and execute company events to include annual gatherings, regional and quarterly meetings, and other events as needed.
- Adaptable and flexible with constantly changing demands.
- Confidentiality is a must - this role requires discretion with a variety of tasks. He or she processes confidential matters and either resolves or refers appropriately.
- Must exhibit maturity to communicate with a diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated success where personal results and accountability are evident.
- Experience working for a fast-paced company in the private sector.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
